About Bluecat International
Founded in 2001
Bluecat specializes in private event videography, spanning everything from small get-togethers, to weddings, to huge celebrity fundraisers, and fabulous international events. We use cinematic cameras, lenses, and movements to capture not only the details and obvious happenings of the event but also the ambiance and feeling of it. Our crews are known for being unobtrusive and easy to work with on the job, and for personal events like weddings, we achieve super high production value with a minimal production footprint, so that we can go as unnoticed as possible. Just two cameramen can produce a product that looks like it was shot by four or more. Large scale events may have a crew of three to five that can produce work that rivals televised live events.

OwnerI got excited about photography when I took an amazing photo of an old man in Costa Rica (I still have that shot). That single photo was the spark that ignited my passion for photography. The next time I went to Costa Rica I had a video camera, and to pay for it, I started shooting weddings. I freelanced for one of the nations leading event video companies, and through them, I shot and edited projects for many celebrities and prominent clientele. Then in 2001, I started Bluecat International.
