- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Yes! We love month-of coordination. You plan, we execute. We'll step in to make sure all the "i's" are dotted and "t's" are crossed. Enjoy the month leading up to your wedding day while we take care of the details!
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Of course!
- What is the difference between partial and comprehensive planning?
- Our comprehensive clients usually reach out in the ideation stage of planning. We begin by formulating an event plan, solidifying dates, & securing a venue. Our partial planning clients come to us at various stages in the planning process. Both clients typically contact us nine to twelve months out.
- Is coordination the same as month-of or day-of cordination?
- We believe it requires more than a few weeks to be truly prepped to execute your event seamlessly. Our coordination package begins approximately two months prior to your event date, at which point we become the primary point of contact for your venue + vendors & you only have to communicate with us!
- My venue has a coordinator; why do I need a planner?
- A venue coordinator focuses on coordinating details for their venue; they don't typically review vendor contracts, manage family members, or provide guidance on your ceremony. In hiring an event planner, you are investing in someone who will be by your side throughout your entire wedding day.
