Each event production is approached differently and distinctly - using their experience and resources to insure all the details come together perfectly. Beyond wedding days, Boldly Chic Events also coordinates and stages social and corporate events throughout the year. Packages are not their vibe. They don’t have a menu for you to review and choose from. Instead, Lori and Megan at Boldly Chic Events love to sit down with you over a warm or bubbly drink and listen to your wishes. After that, they are able to draft a document for you to carefully review and discuss with them until it is perfect. Lori’s approach to each event is different. Listening carefully and building relationships has been a huge part of the success she has had in growing Boldly Chic Events. Her personality is one that is light and airy but always professional - and this makes the planning extra fun for her clients. From her background in Public Relations and Marketing, she is able to plan for the big picture but never leave out the vital details. Megan brings calmness and confidence to every event she plans. Her clients enjoy her positivity and eagerness to make things absolutely perfect. Her experience managing events began over 8 years ago when she helped her family open an incredible event venue. Because of this, she understands the importance of strong client communication and organization. - DO YOU OFFER DAY-OF COORDINATION?
- Our version of this popular option is Month-Of Planning. We need at least four weeks to get organized and execute an event that matches our client’s (and our) expectations and reputation. This is the base service we offer.
- ARE YOU A DECORATOR? DO YOU HAVE DECOR RENTALS?
- No and no. We are planners. We don’t have an inventory of items that are available to utilize. We definitely guide our clients down the design path and align them with professionals that will be able to create the overall vision (florists, rental companies, etc.) - that is our job for sure.
- DO YOU REQUIRE YOUR CLIENTS TO WORK WITH SPECIFIC VENDORS?
- No way! We want our clients to build a team they adore. We can certainly help recommend and are always available to assist here. But, it would be bad business for us to demand our clients work with vendors that suit our needs, and not theirs.
