Founded in 1987
Botanica is a New York based event design studio. Our team consists of both artists who conceive and dream, and producers who bring those visions to life. From concept development to floral artistry, decor sourcing, and production; every detail is thoughtfully designed to shape a cohesive, unforgettable environment. Our team works closely with clients, planners, and venues to design weddings, corporate events, galas, brand activations, and social celebrations. Whether we’re transforming a raw space or enhancing a landmark venue, we approach each event with fresh eyes, tailored creativity, and thoughtful execution.

- How far in advance should I book your services?
- We always love a head start! It gives us time to dream big with you. Ideally, booking a few months in advance is best, especially for larger events. That said, we know timelines aren’t always picture-perfect. If you're on a tighter schedule, we’re pros at jumping in and bringing your event to life.
- What services do you offer?
- Our services cover many details of the event experience. We provide florals, furniture, linens, draping & props to create a cohesive design. Beyond décor, we also develop floorplans, layouts, and TPAs, along with event theme creation and event flow consulting to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
