Boutique Bites

Boutique Bites was founded in 2008 by executive chef and owner Elaina Vazquez. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, Elaina trained at some of the best restaurants in the country including Joel Robuchon, Tru, and Avenues at the Peninsula Hotel. The beautiful food and attention to detail are what inspired Chef Vazquez to bring this restaurant-style experience to catered events. As a caterer, Boutique Bites has produced numerous events featuring customized, high-end food throughout Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana. In 2014, Boutique Bites expanded their operations to the West Loop. The location featured a 4,000 square foot commercial kitchen along with a private event venue, BRIQUE, which accommodated events for up to 150 guests seated or 200 guests cocktail style. Boutique Bites hosted their last event at BRIQUE in October 2019 and moved on from their West Loop location after five amazing years. In Spring 2020, Boutique Bites is slated to open a cafe and private event space in the Hubbard Woods Business District of Winnetka. The café menu will consist of made-to-order breakfast and lunch items available all day; a case filled with prepared foods; sweets such as croissants, donuts and scones; grab-and-go items; and party platters available for pre-order and pickup. All food will be made fresh daily and will be the familiar style and presentation that Boutique Bites is known for. Boutique Bites' new private event space will feature a beautiful barrel vault skylight, a custom-built bar, and a lush living tree. The clean lines, custom details and cultivated interior will enable you to feel like you are hosting an event in your own home and celebrating in style. The private event space will operate similar to a restaurant private dining room offering easy menu packages for fast and seamless booking.
