What event planning packages do you offer?
All of our functions staged for clients are custom-designed to fit their specific goals and objectives, as well as budgetary parameters and venue.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes, we recommend meeting and communicating all members of the production team at the onset, including vendors contracted by the client. This ensures all production team members are working on the same page & have a complete understanding about their role in the project--and adhere to timelines
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
While we prefer to contract those vendors we have an established working relationship with and know the quality of their work, you do have the option to hire vendors and pay them directly. We suggest that you conduct complete due diligence prior to any contractual arrangements with new vendors.
