- Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
- Yes--we can accommodate all dietary restrictions including kosher.
- How many staff members will be present on the day of my event?
- This answer is relative to the client guest count.
- Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
- Yes--tastings are offered for events with a spend of $10K or more and are $385 per two guests. This fee is subtracted from the final charge at booking. Tastings are offered two Sundays each month between 12PM and 6PM.
- Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?
- The client is required to rent all items for display and to keep food at proper temperature through our partner (Broadway Party Rentals).
- How many other events will you cater on the day of my event?
- We service no more than 2 events per day and NEVER events with overlapping times.
