Proudly serving Colorado Springs, The Pikes Peak Region & The Front Range of Colorado, we are a full-service catering company specializing in Santa Maria style BBQ. It’s a culinary tradition rooted in the Santa Maria Valley dating back to the mid-19th century. Our award-winning tri-tip, chicken, buffalo flank, and linguiça sausage are seasoned before grilling over red oak, and our custom-made grills have a hand crank that helps us adjust the desired distance from the heat. It’s perfect for a casual hoe-down or corporate show-down. The hired hands at Buffalo Gals Grilling will grill and carve in true rancheros-style, and serve everything you’ll need to host a flavorful and memorable event. We’ll bring the grill, buffet tables & tablecloths, enhancements, serving equipment, paper goods and staff. You are also welcome to order and pick-up from our 8th Street location.
