- What event planning services do you offer?
- We help you decide your theme, source your venue and vendors, create a unique sourcing list of items to rent or purchase and help you manage the full coordination of all elements of your event.
- What event planning packages do you offer?
- We have 3 packages: Standard, Premium and Full Service. Standard is great if you just need inspiration & general organization (typically we do this one fully 'remote'). Premium and Full Service Offer more curated options, full organization and on-site support for setup/striking.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Absolutely! We are your concierge and that means we are here to organize the chaos for you, including coordinating/managing vendor relations.
- What makes your planning style unique?
- It's that we actually don't do weddings - but we LOVE all of our friends and vendors in this space. Our expertise is in smaller events (~10-50 ppl) which requires special navigation of vendor/venue minimums within your budget & vision while making your event look and feel elevated!
- How many years have you been in business?
- We've been planning parties for years, but By EP officially started in January of 2023.
