- Yes we have standard packages to fit any budget as well as can custom tailor a package to suit your needs and budget.

- Yes we can do Halal, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, nut free, and almost any other type of special dietary needs.
- Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
- We offer tastings at no charge. We can schedulea date and time that works best for you and us.
- Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?
- Yes we bring all our own equipment to your venue.
- How many staff members will be present on the day of my event?
- The number of staff will vary based on the type of service (buffet, seated, family style, etc) but typically we have 1-2 staff members for every 50 guests.
