Atalanta here! I am the owner and founder of Camellia Wedding Flowers, which started out as the modest Flowers by Atalanta in 2003. When you get to know me, you'll discover that I'm vivacious and enjoy myself. I often grin. I've been designing flowers for nearly 27 years, so I have incredibly strong arms and hands. I work really hard and I love that I get to make others happy for a living! Since I was fifteen years old, I had been employed in flower stores. My mother gave me $500 on December 1st to purchase my first shipment of flowers, which I later sold at a small bucket shop in La Jolla. Since then, my company has expanded and changed. In both Northern and Southern California, I have performed at hundreds of weddings and celebrations. In 2011, I established Camellia Flowers in the artistic Ocean Beach neighborhood. I adore having a little business where my customers can drop by to visit our workshop, chat about flowers until we are dizzy, and then leave to get some fish tacos while gazing out at the stunning ocean just a few blocks away!
