Candlelight Events

Ever since I can remember, it’s always been a dream of mine to become a Wedding & Event Planner. As odd as it sounds, the movie “The Wedding Planner” inspired me to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. My passions and motives seemed to align with everything the movie represented. I immediately knew that this would be my dream job… to live and breathe planning; never forgetting the motto “everyday should be celebrated to the fullest.” Recently I decided it was time to venture out on my own. Taking the knowledge and skills I have acquired over the years; I was able to accomplish my dream of starting my own business. Originally from a small town in Arkansas, I found my way to College Station, Texas to attend Texas A&M University (Class of 2019, Whoop!). While juggling multiple classes and serving tables, I also worked for several different event companies putting on races ranging from marathons to triathlons, in Texas and even Alaska.
