- What event planning packages do you offer?
- Carly Saber Events offers Full Coordination, Partial Coordination, and Design Services. All packages include on-site coordination the day of your event.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- There will always be 2 people for wedding days. If your event is larger in scope or scale there will be a third assistant added to your package.
- How would past clients describe working with you?
- Friendly, warm, communicative, responsive, organized, and a true asset to their wedding planning experience.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- All over Napa/Sonoma and throughout the Bay Area. I have experience at resorts, wineries, private estates, and more. I also love working at new venues and have no problem executing events at venues I have not yet been.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- All payments will go directly to your vendors. I will manage your spreadsheet tracking all vendor payments schedules and assist with reminders.
