What menu customization options do you offer?

Our chefs want to ensure the best possible experience for our clients and guests. We have created a diverse catering menu but are flexible when it comes to our clients' vision. We do our absolute best to accommodate any custom menu requests to help meet our client's desired budget.

Do you offer bar or liquor packages?

We offer bar accoutrement packages along with TABC Certified bartenders. All alcohol mush be purchased and provided by client.

Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?

We do offer complimentary tastings at our kitchen in Aubrey, Texas once a client has booked. However, we understand the importance for having a tasting prior to booking. If so, we do require a minimal fee per person to help towards food costs.

What are my options for food display and service?

We offer full service catering experiences with aesthetically pleasing display risers, stoneware, and glass table top warmers. We pride ourselves in presentation and want to ensure a beautiful display that catches our guests' attention.

Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?

Our full service packages include complimentary white china plates, silver silverware, stemless water glasses, and black or ivory linen napkins. We will also provide any aesthetically pleasing heat lamps, buffet stoneware, and glass table top warmers depending on the package selected.
