CeCe Designs and Events, LLC is a floral and event design company based in Birmingham, Alabama. We create one of a kind experiences with no detail left undone! As a luxury floral designer, we believe that every detail should work together to create the perfect wedding day. Brides dream about their wedding day for many years, and it is our job to understand their vision and bring it to life. Our team believes that every wedding is special and we strive to learn the personality of our clients to deliver the best experience each and every week. CeCe prides herself on staying ahead of trends, and travels the globe for continuing education and inspiration. With our wide assortment of decor and prop rentals, we are able to create a complete design from ceremony to reception.

- How long have you been designing weddings and events?
- CeCe has been designing weddings and special events for over 17 years. She has been the owner and lead designer at CeCe Designs for the last six years.
- What is a realistic floral design budget?
- Although costs are based on multiple factors, a realistic start is to set aside a minimum of 15% of your total budget for flowers. Example: Total Wedding Budget $40,000 would be a $6,000 floral budget. This estimate does not include rentals and accessories.
- Do you have a minimum budget to secure your services?
- We have a $4000 minimum for a full production wedding. Our full production service includes design, labor, set-up at ceremony and reception site, and removal of florals and rental items following the event.
- Do you have payment plans and do you accept credit cards?
- Payment plans can be set up to fit your budget needs. We require a minimum of $1000.00 NON-REFUNDABLE retainer to secure your date. A 30% deposit, less the $1000 retainer, is due within 30 days of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding or event, but can be paid early
