How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?: At every wedding, you’ll have both owners of Celeste (Sofia and Camila) there in person and ready to work. We’re hands-on from start to finish to ensure everything goes smoothly. Depending on the size of your event and the scope of work, we’ll also bring in additional team members as needed
What makes your planning style unique?: We have years of experience planning weddings and love creating celebrations that are fun, personal, & truly reflective of each couple. No two weddings we plan are ever the same! We’re all about tossing tradition if it doesn’t feel like you and focusing on what really matters most to you as a couple
What event planning packages do you offer?: We offer Month-of Coordination, Full-Service Planning, and Custom Decor. Every love story is unique, and we’re here to bring yours to life! We’re happy to schedule a consultation and chat! Visit our website for details on packages.
How many years have you been in business?: Our passion for events began over 6 years ago. Before launching Celeste, I worked full-time at an event company in Charlotte. For 4 years, we planned events part-time, after work hours. Over the past year, we were able to fully dedicate ourselves to Celeste & turn our dream into a full-time reality.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?: While we’d love to jump in just for the day, we believe proper coordination requires preparation. We need to have all the necessary info, connect with your vendors, & conduct thorough meetings to bring your vision to life. For couples seeking day-of help, we suggest our Month-of coordination package
