About Charlotte Mobile Coffee
Founded in 2025
Charlotte Mobile Coffee was founded by two full-time marketers/part-time coffee enthusiasts who wanted to revolutionize the local espresso bar experience with custom brand activation at events like weddings, trade shows, office parties, and private gatherings. Charlotte Mobile Coffee has humble roots. A flash-flood-totaled Prius turned into an insurance payout, which funded the La Marzocco Linea Mini and Mahlkonig E65W we use to craft delicious espresso. Our unique business model provides a mobile coffee cart dedicated to bringing your event vision to life. Your branding is our branding. We print your event design or brand on the front of our cart, and on every cup, leveraging our marketing know-how to strengthen the bonds that come from sipping with friends, colleagues, and loved ones.

- Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
- We can accommodate gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, organic, and many other dietary restrictions with our beverages and pastries. It's our pleasure to consult and make recommendations for all your dietary needs at your event.
- Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?
- Everything needed to serve excellent espresso, tea, and drinks at your venue will be provided by Charlotte Mobile Coffee (except electricity, of course). Our entire operation fits within approximately 25 square feet of floor space.
- What makes your catering style unique?
- Our catering style places your vision, brand, or event at the center of everything we do. We offer a suite of customization options that will integrate our espresso cart and even our cups with the theme of your event. Imagine your design across the front of the cart, and printed on every cup.
- How many staff members will be present on the day of my event?
- Small events will only require two of our staff for set-up and break-down, and only one barista for complete beverage service. Larger events may require two to three baristas for the duration of the event in order to make sure everyone gets served efficiently.
- What are the pricing options for your packages?
- Pricing varies depending on the unique needs of your event. Minimum packages start at $500, in most cases, although this number is only provided as a ballpark for informational purposes. We encourage any party interested to reach out for a custom quote–we're happy to help in any way we can.
