Chef K grew raised in Italy cooking alongside the mothers and grandmothers of the locals. Her passion for cooking healthy, wholesome meals that nourish both the body and the soul began in the kitchen, which served as the hub of the family. She still has that enthusiasm now, and she's eager to share her recipes and products with others. Our cookbook is called Phat Taste, Little Fat, but it's also a way of life!
