Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?: Absolutely! Your event director will inquire for any known dietary accommodations for your guest list throughout the planning phase. From there, our event directors speak directly to our executive chef and executive pastry chef to ensure that those accommodations are met.
Do you offer bar or liquor packages?: Absolutely! We offer a variety of bar and liquor packages to work within any budget and vision.
What menu customization options do you offer?: Anything you can think of, we have delivered. Color matching a menu to a signature brand color, incorporating branding into station displays, and so much more! If you have something specific in mind, inquire with your event director for more insight.
Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?: Absolutely! Private tastings are typically scheduled anywhere from 4 - 16 weeks out depending on the scope of the event. For high touch events and large scale events, tastings are always encouraged.

A Manhattan native with 20 years in hospitality, Will Keh is the founder of Cloud Catering & Events. His passion for the industry was sparked early, his father is credited with introducing Sichuan cuisine to NYC. Known for his integrity and leadership, Will brings care and precision to every event, from intimate gatherings to multi-day brand activations, crafting thoughtful, memorable experiences with his team. Their work has earned them the role of exclusive event partner at Nasdaq Marketsite.
