Lisa Paul is one of Chicago's most forward-thinking floral designers. Her distinctive style marries the creative with the agricultural, the vibrant with the savory. She creates gorgeous natural arrangements with herbs, fruits, and veggies that appear to have sprung from a verdant garden. Her designs have a remarkable sculptural element thanks to their forms. Her monochrome aesthetic is reminiscent of a color wheel used by artists. Lisa takes pleasure in her ability to transform into a chameleon and adapt to the style preferences of her clients, whether they are contemporary, traditional, romantic, or whimsical. She enjoys the challenge of figuring out exactly what types of floral arrangements will make a client’s vision come to life. Lisa pursued her passion for art and entrepreneurship after 25 years in event organizing, catering, and the wine industry. She earned a degree in floral design through continuing education programs at the Art Institute and launched her firm in 2003. Since then, colors & company has been proud to help people all over Chicago see their dream event play out.
