Company X produces experiential activations, pop-ups, brand trips, and launch events. We specialize in consumer and brand events and activations in the spaces of beauty, entertainment, hospitality, and celebrity brand events. We cover strategy, creative design, renderings, vendors, venue management, production, custom builds, brand ambassadors, character actors, costuming, travel logistics, and influencer room drops. What event planning services do you offer?
We offer: venue vetting and coordination, creative concepting, vendor coordination, renderings of event designs, activation creative and strategy, talent coordination including celebrity participation, guest list management, full scale custom builds. Large-scale events to private intimate events.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
We are happy to handle all or some vendors of every category, depending on your needs.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
We are happy to manage the entire budget including payments and negotations.
What venues have you worked at before?
We have worked everywhere from the Los Angeles Convention Center to the Venetian Los Vegas Convention Center, The TLC Theater on Hollywood Blvd to the first estate of Beverly Hills, - hot air balloons over Mexico to art galleries & vintage record stores in Greece for unique event venues.
