- Can I work with you to customize a playlist?
- At Curate Entertainment, we use the VIBO app to organize all music for the day and give our DJs full creative ability to create custom mixes. This app also allows couples to input "do not play" lists, ensuring that the music is tailored to their specific tastes and preferences.
- What is your refund or cancellation policy?
- To book a date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. If any cancellations or rescheduling occurs, this deposit can be moved to a future event within 24 months with no penalty. Once booked, our onboarding team sends a welcome packet with next steps, such as gathering timelines, coordinating, etc
- What backup plans do you have in place to handle unforeseen equipment issues or emergencies on the day of the event?
- Our warehouse holds a plethora of backup cables, boards, speakers, and mics. Our equipment department ensures that each DJ has more than enough equipment for backup in case any unforeseen problems occur.
- Do you offer any additional services or add-ons to enhance the overall entertainment experience?
- We offer Areialists, dancers, HORA LOCA, live musicians such as strings, percussion, guitar, and our fan favorite, The Get Down, which is our DJ, saxophone, and drummer combination that modernizes your everyday band. We also offer additional upgrades such as uplighting, photobooths, cold sparks, CO2
- Can I listen to you perform before hiring you?
- Absolutely! All of our work samples can be found on our Instagram page @curateentertainment, our YouTube channel Curate Entertainment, as well as our website curateentertainment.com.
