- Can we try the drinks before our event?
- We wish we could offer this option, but unfortunately, we don't at this time. But don't worry, our team of experts will do their best to bring your custom cocktails to life!
- How does pricing work?
- Services are billed hourly with a 2-hour minimum. Packages cover up to 50 guests, with pricing increasing in 50-guest increments. For 50 guests, you get 2 bartenders, bar rental, setup, breakdown, alcohol pickup, and full service. A $5 per guest fee covers mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and more.
- What decor items come with the mobile bar?
- Our mobile bar includes our “Sip, Sip, Hooray” back and side design with fresh florals, a printed menu tailored to your event, and small custom accents. Balloons and large floral décor aren’t included but can be added for a fee. We’re happy to collaborate with your planner on custom design details.
- What alcohol is included?
- Our license covers beverage service labor and materials only; it does not permit alcohol sales, including beer or wine. We’ll provide a suggested shopping list and can pick up your order after you purchase online. We recommend using TotalWine.com for your alcohol needs.
- What if I want mocktails instead of cocktails?
- Sure thing! We can create mocktails for your event, but it doesn't change the price. Creating perfect mocktails still requires all the materials included in our packages.
