In everything that she makes, from the Vanilla Bean yeast dough that is made from scratch to each of our pastry creams, jams, glazes, and ganaches, she uses only the highest quality ingredients possible. These include chocolates manufactured by Callebaut® and Valhrona®, dulce de leche that is brought in from Spain, Nutella®, real fruits, milk, eggs, and cream, and chocolates manufactured by Valhrona® and Nutella®. She said that I should tell you that "you are deserving of a better doughnut."
