Ryan "RBK" Killinger, Irie Music's Tour Manager + Head of New Media, is the mastermind behind the scenes and the mastermind behind the scenes. He keeps the fire alive and our show on the road all year long by running point on the road and keeping creative in the office! Shobie Callaghan, the Irie Group's Managing Director, is the glue that links the company's business functions together. She is in charge of all support services for the organization, including legal, finance, and human resources. She is in charge of forming and leading an effective team, as well as taking full responsibility for the Group's operations. Jackie Mailhe-Gratham, Executive Producer of Irie Weekend Management Company, is in charge of Irie Weekend, one of South Florida's most anticipated events of the year. She is focused on growing the Irie Weekend brand name through a range of year-round events and activities, in addition to her major job of planning and producing the high-profile yearly event benefiting the Irie Foundation.
