We are a group whose main objective is to play for audiences across the world and educate them about New Orleans' culture and traditional music. Doreen's Jazz is a group of great musicians who have performed their happy, vivacious, original, and soulful New Orleans jazz in 47 states and 24 countries. We have performed live on a variety of radio and television programs, as well as in national advertisements, music videos, and motion pictures. Doreen's Jazz has succeeded in gaining a dazzling reputation, millions of followers online, and fame. We have some popular videos with over 85 million views! Jazz by Doreen New Orleans has performed in numerous nations, ranging from Thailand to Africa, to represent both New Orleans and the United States. Additionally, Doreen's Jazz has played for four US presidents. The group also boasts three DVDs and 30 CD sets. Doreen and Lawrence are not only excellent performers, but also excellent teachers. Doreen's Jazz frequently performs at colleges and universities all across the world and in the United States. We share the culture and music of New Orleans both before and after Hurricane Katrina by instructing students of various ages and languages in music, as well as teaching them about various musical genres, words, performance styles, and techniques.
