- What event planning services do you offer?
- We tailor our service offerings to meet the unique requirements of each client. Typically, our clients prefer a comprehensive offering encompassing planning, design, production, and event management.
- What makes your planning style unique?
- We begin the planning process by identifying your priorities and matching you with vendors that align with your unique style, personality, and target investment.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- We will coordinate meetings with other vendors and attend them to ensure all your questions are answered, providing professional insights throughout the process.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- On average, we have four producers on-site for each event. Our staffing is tailored to the scale of your event and the number of activities throughout the wedding weekend. For larger productions, we can provide up to 15 producers.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Offering only day-of coordination would not meet our standards of service. To ensure a seamless event, we require involvement at least two months in advance. This allows us to develop detailed timelines and floor plans, review contracts, song selections, and photography schedules, and ensure that no
