Where do you plan?
We offer wedding planning services on all of the Hawaiian islands but our team is based on Maui.
How much does it cost to work with you?
We customize our pricing based on the location, the scale of event, and the requirements of our clients. We find the best approach is to think of the overall budget for the day of your wedding in terms of price per person. The amount of guests you invite is what dictates the budget.
How do you structure your pricing?
Each event is unique, so we have tailored our pricing model to allow for customization. Our fees are broken down into three parts: 1. A planning retainer. 2. A design retainer. 3. A production and event management fee. Contact us for more details about our approach.
Do you accept commissions?
NEVER! Unfortunately, we know that this is a practice found throughout the event industry. We do not agree with it. Our clients work hard for their money and the stress of planning a destination event should not be caused by feeling like you are being kept in the dark.
How many years have you been in business?
We started working in the Hawaiian islands in January 2016 but our senior team has been in the wedding and events industry for over 20 years.

Kimiko’s expertise in event design and planning spans more than 20 years.
