She established the Torrens Trio, a string trio, during those years and performed on demand for numerous ensembles. She relocated to the United States in 2010 after being married to Andrew and took with her a love of playing chamber music at weddings. ​Maya Ginsberg, Anna's closest friend and longtime violinist for Eliana Strings, took over the company after Anna made the decision to return to Australia in 2019 and upholds the high standard of excellence for which Eliana Strings is renowned. Maya is not only a musician, but she also teaches at San Diego State University. Maya has played for weddings for as long as she has played the violin, and she likes to say that she has performed at well over 600 wedding ceremonies.
