Elite Events offers luxury planning and design services that will take your event to the next level and create a truly memorable experience for each of your guests. Our calm demeanor and extensive knowledge of events allows clients to stay relaxed while we make their dream party vision come to life. Elite Events specializes in weddings, but we also love planning all types of special events including Bar Mitzvahs, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events. Whatever the occasion is, we plan it with an unrelenting level of style and care. We treat each event with the same love and attention as if it were our own, and we do not accept anything less than perfection. Our goal is to always go above and beyond to exceed our clients expectations and bring their dreams to life. Elite Events is proud to offer custom planning packages and a bespoke collection of event rentals that will make your event effortlessly stand apart from the crowd. What event planning packages do you offer?
We offer 2 main packages: - Full-service planning: we take care of everything including design, vendor selection, budget management, day of coordination, and so much more! - Coordination + Design: we manage all the design & coordination elements, but you take the reins on the non-decor vendors.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
We only offer day-of coordination as part of our Full Service Planning or Coordination + Design packages. We do not offer day-of coordination as an a la carte service.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
The number of Elite Events team members at your event will vary based on the scope of your wedding or party, but a general rule of thumb is that 2-3 people will be on-site. Two people is generally our minimum so we can ensure everything is being executed to perfection.
How many years have you been in business?
Elite Events has been around for five years, but we have been planning luxury weddings & events for twelve years. Our calm demeanor comes from many years of experience and a passion for this industry! :)
What makes your planning style unique?
We lean on the more glamorous and whimsical side of the decor spectrum and always bring in a WOW factor to keep guests excited. We love focusing on the details and love an elaborate design plan that feels ultra-customized to the host and their vision. We think each event should be one of a kind!
