Here is a quick summary of our planning process. Hiring a pro to handle the logistics on the big day is crucial if you have already said "Yes to the Dress" and have meticulously planned every last detail on your own (with the aid of Pinterest). Our role is to simply verify all information and make sure everything occurs according to YOUR plan. Consider us your day-of wedding coordinator. Beginning eight weeks prior to the big day, we will be available to manage all of your wedding management requirements, making sure that no items are missed. We will go over any tasks you might still have to finish, respond to any last-minute inquiries, and, of course, offer advice on how to make the most of your day. Consider us your best manager ever; we'd be delighted to meet in person for coffee or margaritas to confirm all the specifics (whichever you prefer, we love both). We would then handle all vendor communications, establish a perfect schedule, prepare & finalize floor drawings, and perform a final walk-through of the venue.
