Emerson James is a boutique rental and design studio located in Charleston, South Carolina and Charlottesville, Virginia. We specialize in bespoke tabletop items to make your next event unforgettable. Emerson James Rental was created to bring new and unique tabletop elements to special events, so that you can create meaningful spaces that welcome your guests and put them at ease. Our carefully selected items are chosen for their unique elements to create a table for your event that is one-of-a-kind. Our experience and service set us apart from all other rental companies. Our skillset is a huge value add, as we can help advise on every step of the process. Want to visit? Our design spaces in Charlottesville, Virginia and Charleston, South Carolina are designed so that you can create a table that is perfect for your event. If you’re unable to visit, we can easily create a design for you based on your inspiration and send sample images for you to review. - What form of communication do you prefer?
- Always reach out to us by email or through our contact form first as you're most likely to catch us that way. If you have your date, venue and guest count that's so helpful in getting a quote started for you!
- How far in advance should I book your services?
- Because we have unique items, they often book quickly! If you're interested in booking with us and have your heart set on specific items, we recommend as much lead time as possible.
- Are you able to ship items? Can you deliver to my area?
- Due to the fragile nature of our items, we are unable to ship them. If you’re outside our local delivery area, please reach out. We are happy to estimate delivery costs and talk about minimums to deliver to your area.
- Do you take custom orders?
- Yes! We love to hear from clients about what you’re looking for to see if we can source it from one of our makers. Of course, time is of the essence and we would want to secure your items sooner than later. Reach out to your Emerson James representative as soon as possible.
- How does the booking process work?
- Once we have your information we will send you a quote and a contract. After you’ve approved the quote, we require a 50% deposit and security deposit in order to reserve your items for your event date.
