The focus of this service is to weave tailored-to-you design features and thoughtful details to curate an epic guest experience. Years in the wedding & event industry has taught us what works—and what doesn’t. As the guests of honor, all you have to do is show up and have the time of your lives. We’ve streamlined the whole planning process to give you peace-of-mind that all of the creative partners, design elements, and venue management needs are being taken care of by our merry band of managers, planners and designers. - Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Absolutely! Our goal is to streamline the planning experience. We will be the main point of contact for each vendor part of the event production. We will arrange any meetings necessary (tastings, mock-ups, trials, etc), and oversee them.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Clients typically sign contracts + pay vendors directly. For a more hands-off approach, clients set up an event bank account, and with credit card authorization, we can manage payments using linked ACH or debit card info.
