Event Boutique is a wedding and event production atelier based in Cascais, Portugal, working in the country's palace estates, historic quintas and coastal venues from Sintra to Comporta and the Douro Valley. We are not a coordination agency. Every commission is produced end to end by our own team: architectural creative direction, custom scenography, floristry, lighting and technical production. The work starts with a survey of your venue and a full 3D model of the design. You see the ceremony, the dinner and every build in photorealistic detail and approve it before production begins. Nothing on the day is a surprise, because you have already walked through it. This approach came from years of building complex private events for international clients, and it changes how a destination wedding feels to plan. Couples in New York or London review the same 3D scenes as our production team in Portugal, decisions are made visually, and revisions happen on screen rather than on site. We take a limited number of commissions each year, from intimate palace weddings to multi-day celebrations for 200 guests, with full guest logistics and a private concierge service for travelling families.
