- What services do you offer?
- Full service event production company specializing in lighting, sound, furniture & décor. We offer custom design and fabrication, which is executed in house by our creative department giving us the ability to modify, brand, and create a unique environment for each event.
- Do you offer services that fit within my budget?
- Yes! We work with a wide range of budgets and are happy to recommend options that align with your event goals. Whether you’re planning something intimate or large-scale, our team can suggest inventory and design solutions that maximize impact while staying within your target range.
- How far in advance should I book your services?
- We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to guarantee availability and allow time for planning. That said, we understand how fast-paced the event world is — and we’re happy to help with last-minute or even same-day requests, as long as we have the staff and inventory available.
- Does your team handle setup, delivery, and breakdown?
- Yes! Our in-house team handles full delivery, setup, and breakdown for every event. From loading at our warehouse to final placement on-site, our technicians ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time. We take pride in offering a seamless, start-to-finish experience for our clients.
- What is your refund or cancellation policy?
- We understand that plans can change — and we approach each cancellation on a case-by-case basis. While non-refundable deposits and custom fabrication fees typically apply, we’re always open to discussion. We value our client relationships and work hard to find solutions that work for both sides!
