About Event Magic
Event Magic! is located in Mount Holly, NC and serves the Carolinas with it’s unique Casino Parties as it’s main service. Event Magic started in 1991 as a sister company to magical entertainer Eddy Wade’s talent and performance business. Eddy was constantly being asked by his Show clients for his creative ideas for their upcoming events. Eddy started providing balloon decorations, unique props, interactive games & entertainment for his existing clients and branched into planning full events. As the pandemic changed how most businesses operate Event Magic has also evolved. As of 2022, Event Magic mostly focuses on providing its casino props, games, dealers and related services to clients in the Carolinas.

- What event planning services do you offer?
- We mostly provide complete Casino parties. We also book specific types of related decorations & entertainers.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- No, we do not plan or execute weddings.
- What event planning packages do you offer?
- We offer many package options for our Casino parties depending on number of expedited attendees. Options can include complete packages with a number of different gambling tables, dealers, decorations, and ending prize selections. Many combinations are available. We make it a one stop for easy plann.
- How many years have you been in business?
- The event planning & casino party business started in 1991. Previously our owner had started a magic performance and entertainment agency in 1975, that continues today.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Any outside vendors we contract on your behalf will be paid by us, after you have approved payments. IE: we pay all casino dealers directly and are included in our package quote. If you added say a balloon decorator for your event and we contracted them for you, then we would handle payment.
