- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Absolutely. Our Full Planning Packages offers this service. We would be delighted to manage and coordinate all of your other wedding professional meetings.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- Depending on the number of guest that you have. However, you will have a minimum of two event staff. One lead coordinator and one assistant.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Because your contract is between you and your vendor it is highly suggested that payments are handled directly with them. However, we will be happy to assist in handling gratuities/tips for your vendors.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- We offer Wedding Management service. This is often referred to by couples as "Day-Of". We start about 6 weeks prior to your wedding day and begin the coordination of your wedding
