Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Absolutely. Our Full Planning Packages offers this service. We would be delighted to manage and coordinate all of your other wedding professional meetings.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Depending on the number of guest that you have. However, you will have a minimum of two event staff. One lead coordinator and one assistant.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
Because your contract is between you and your vendor it is highly suggested that payments are handled directly with them. However, we will be happy to assist in handling gratuities/tips for your vendors.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
We offer Wedding Management service. This is often referred to by couples as "Day-Of". We start about 6 weeks prior to your wedding day and begin the coordination of your wedding
