Founded in 2016

Thirteen years ago, we were asked to steady a multi-day celebration for five hundred guests. While the venue and vendors were chosen, the families needed a presence on site - someone to ensure calm, clarity, and care. We were welcomed into homes, met with aunties and uncles, listened to many voices, and watched two families become one. It felt less like a service and more like being entrusted with a legacy. Word traveled from that weekend, and the work found its home. We’ve remained committed to the same idea ever since. Weddings of cultural depth deserve planning that feels human - quiet, precise, and deeply respectful - so newly forged families can be fully present, together. What event planning services do you offer?
Complete and Partial Planning & On-site Management, Micro/Hybrid Events, Engagement parties.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Yes, our Partial service offering is curated to offer couples the final support required to produce a successful timeline and on-site management for a seamless flow.
What event planning packages do you offer?
Our event planning packages are organized into four different offerings: Complete Service Offerings, Partial Service Offerings, Mini Wedding Offerings, and Hybrid Events. Continue to our website to learn more about what each of these offerings entail.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes, our Complete Service offering will support our clients with arranging consultations as well as additional meetings throughout the planning process. Majority of our clients do not reside in Florida and in an effort to save them time, our team curates weekend meeting schedules.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
Vendor payments are typically handled directly between the client and the vendors. Nonetheless, we provide exceptional budget outline where we will keep all vendor payment information organized, including total balance, deposits made, final balance and due date reminders, as well as payment method.
