- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Of course! If you've booked me as your Full Service Planner, I will handle reaching out and corresponding with your vendors before you've booked them and throughout the planning process. I will always arrange meetings around your schedule and the vendor's schedule and I plan to attend all meetings.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- Unless you have less than 50 guests in attendance, there are always two people from my team on-site on the event day. If you have over 200 guests or there are other factors that I feel warrant another assistant, I will have two additional assistants there for a total of three team members on-site.
- How would past clients describe working with you?
- Past clients would say that I am organized, empathetic, caring, detail oriented, decisive, and confident. I truly care about the details of your event, but more importantly, I care about my clients.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- While I help you with understanding contracts and proposals, you will sign the contracts and pay the vendors directly.
- How many years have you been in business?
- I have been an event planner for three and half years, however, I went full time with my business a year and a half ago.
