Ariel, the associate planner, moved from Chicago to New York to pursue a career in dance and started to plan events as a passionate side hustle that has blossomed into so much more. She is skilled at wearing many hats and her attention to detail and creative thought process have proven to come through in the clutch time and time again. She loves working with couples to take creative beautiful ideas and turn them into memorable weddings. As far as the day-of is concerned, you will not find a more level headed, quick thinking, on top of it person to make sure the special day goes off without a hitch! Their assistant Rachel is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and loves being the wizard behind the curtain. She moved to New York to pursue a career in stage management and fell in love with event planning in the process. She has a BFA in stage management, which honed her skills in quick thinking, time management and organization. She sees each event as its own unique show that requires: planning, a bit of sparkle and a smile. She brings her creative problem solving and detail-orientated nature to every event she coordinates. The process begins with you. They take time getting to know who you are and what you desire. With this knowledge, they create a custom-tailored guide which includes event details, color palette, and mood board to ensure cohesiveness throughout each element of the event. They believe that the success of an event lies in the organization and management of its details. They source vendors that will complement your aesthetic and achieve your goals. Then they review contracts, manage communications, and generally coordinate all logistics, event details, and timelines. On your wedding day, you will have the freedom to be fully present.
