- What event planning services do you offer?
- I offer tailored planning services for a stress-free wedding. Our Final Details Coordination is best to finalize every element. The Coordination with Design option begins six months in advance, while our Full Planning Experience covers everything. Packages can also be customized to fit your needs.
- Why should a couple hire a wedding planner/coordinator?
- Your wedding day should be a time to fully embrace the joy, love, and moments shared with your friends and family - not a day to worry about logistics. With our expertise and trusted industry connections, we'll ensure every detail flows seamlessly, giving you peace of mind as your vision is realized
- What is the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding coordinator?
- A venue coordinator manages staff and ensures contractual obligations, like food service, are met. They may leave early or oversee multiple events. A wedding coordinator works solely for you, handling vendors, timelines, and every detail so you can celebrate stress-free.
- How many weddings do you take on each year?
- We only accept a limited number (12-18) of weddings each year. This allows us to provide you with the love and individual attention you deserve, and approach each event with a fresh perspective.
- How early should couples start planning their wedding? Hire a wedding/planning coordinator?
- Starting wedding planning 9-12 months in advance is ideal - early enough to avoid stress but not too long to feel dragged out. We recommend hiring your coordinator early, even for a "month-of" package, to secure your date. We already have weddings booked 18 month ahead, so don't wait!
