What event planning services do you offer?
We offer full service, partial and month of event planning. We customize each package to fit our clients needs.
How would previous clients describe your planning style?
Our clients would describe our planning style as intentional, creative and stylized. We spend a lot of time meeting with our clients to listen to their vision and bring it to life. Our 20 + years of experience ensure the planning process is seamless and stress- free!
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
We will conduct an initial intake meeting to get to know our clients overall style & budget. Once we are familiar with their needs, we will make recommendations of vetted vendors & companies we adore, that we know will meet those needs. Yes, we are happy to arrange & manage vendor meetings.
How many years have you been in business?
In 2023 we began our 20th year in business. We are fortunate to have planned hundreds of special events throughout those twenty years.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
The final number of staff will be determined based on the overall scope of each event. At all of our events we have a minimum of two team members.

With 25 years in the event planning industry, and 22 years as the founder and creator of Events Extraordinaire, Carin Lomax has built relationships with top-notch professionals in the industry. Although her background was in meeting planning, she loved the creative side of special events. With the creation of Events Extraordinaire, she could combine her detail oriented meeting planning skills with her passion for creating fun and memorable special experiences.
