You have reached the page for the event candle. This is a temporary page that event planners and florists can reference when developing their proposals. There will soon be a more useful page here, but in the meantime, this should do. Only event florists and event planners have access to my rental inventory. This makes it easier and safer for everyone to handle the numerous pieces that contain a great deal of specific details, particularly candlesticks and chimneys. Additionally, someone has to set up the candle holders, and as the date of the event draws closer, event planners and florists are frequently surprised by additional work that they had not planned for. Because of this, there won't be a problem with that. GENERAL INFO I am extremely careful when it comes to handling and taking care of the product because a lot of what is sold here is seasonal and therefore impossible to replace if it gets damaged. The majority of the items in this place are vintage, making it prohibitively expensive to replace them in the event that they are destroyed. There are different contracts in place for each type of item that is reserved, such as Chimney Hurricanes and Glass Votives. They are to be returned after being received, having their initials added, and then signed. If it is stated in a contract, then it indicates that I have been exposed to it. You are responsible for communicating this information to your set up and load out teams, including any contracted load out teams (my agreement is with you not them). I do not send excessive amounts of email, nor do I send ones that are overly verbose. I am aware that we are all very busy, but could you please read everyone's responses carefully? As a single individual who is responsible for the handling and cleaning of hundreds of items each week, I am unable to pursue you for the information I require in order to make a reservation. RENTING Only reservations made through email will be accepted. This serves as backup for both of us. Just like you, I don't book accommodations via Instagram or text messages. It is acceptable for the purpose of determining whether something is available; however, I will still require an email from you. After you have received an email from me containing the agreements and the invoice, the items you have requested will be placed on temporary hold while I wait for payment. On the invoice, there will be a due date for the payment. In the event that the due date passes without payment being made, the items that were placed on hold for you will be removed from hold status and made available for the subsequent inquiry. There will be no email reminder sent from me. If payment is not received, the product will not be released. There is a good chance that I will inquire about the time, date, and place more than once. That is indeed on purpose. We all make errors. Sometimes we get the dates or events mixed up, and other times important information is updated but not shared with everyone. If I ask you a question, kindly answer it and understand that I am attempting to prevent errors that will affect both of us. CHIMNEY HURRICANES In the email requesting information, please describe the design plan you want. In need of some trios for the rounds? Pairs on squares? All at the same height? Include that information in the very first email. Whenever I don't have enough of what you want, I always try to come up with alternatives. Please rent only the items you will actually use. Chimney Hurricanes are something that are required now, and other people have a requirement for them. A waste of resources is something that gets paid for but then just collects dust. Check to see if the chimney you are renting can accommodate the taper height that you have chosen. The flames must be contained WITHIN the glass rather than above it. This is the rule regarding candles in enclosed spaces at venues. DELIVERY You are free to pick up or bring back whatever you like. You are free to make a decision about this closer to the time of the event. Because I am also onsite on weekends setting up events, if you require delivery and pick up, it will probably need to take place before and after the event day at your studio or home.
