Founded in 2006
Fête Event Planning is a boutique event planning agency specialized in exceptional destination events for clients across the globe. We serve worldwide destinations from our offices in Paris, France. Fête Event Planning has had the pleasure of planning events in exclusive hotel and reception venues, and is also well-versed in the unique challenges of planning events with tents and other infrastructure on private estates. From inception to conclusion, Fête Event Planning covers the complete orchestration of your event. Our approach is to work closely with you to define your wants and desires, and to inspire you with ideas for an incredible, luxury event experience as if it had been directly painted from your own imagination. Importantly, our hands-on approach means that your event is orchestrated brilliantly and delivered seamlessly. - What event planning services do you offer?
- We are a full service event planner and offer design, planning and production services. With Full Services we accompany you from the initial concept through to coordination on the day. We also offer à la carte services: advisory services, venue search & selection support, and month-of coordination.
- How would past clients describe working with you?
- Clients would describe us as attentive, experienced, professional and warm. We love creating events that honor the clients we work with and the destinations they have chosen. We prioritize working with local vendors and always look to enhance - not erase - the locale of the event.
- How many years have you been in business?
- Along with our sister brand Fête in France, we have been planning events and weddings since 2006. So in 2024 we'll be celebrating 18 years in business.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Contracts and payments are usually directly between you and the vendor partners. We do offer the possibility of handling payment coordination if this is something you would prefer.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- We have a breadth and depth of experience working in a variety of venues - each with their unique charms and challenges: countryside villas in Italy and France, luxury 5-star hotels, private estates and historic monuments.

Nancy LaTart
Owner & Managing PartnerBorn and raised in the US, Nancy was always a devoted Francophile. She began her professional career on the corporate track, and received her MBA from INSEAD with the goal of settling in Paris. After a brief stint in a Parisian strategy consulting firm, Nancy joined the world of event planning and hasn’t looked back.
