- What is the pricing for your different packages?
- Pricing starts between $1800-$2500 for our standard packages and can be modified to your liking with a la carte upgrades.
- Will you work with my venue to make setup arrangements?
- Yes, of course! We are happy to communicate directly with your venue or planner to arrange an area 9'x9'x9' for our backdrop & booth to be properly distanced within 20' of two power outlets. Set up should be complete prior to guest arrival in our location, idle time may be needed.
- What is your refund or cancellation policy?
- Reservation fees ($500) are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date within six months if notice if received at least 14 days in advance.
- How do you create template designs?
- Six weeks prior to your event, we will send a design questionnaire to gather details in order to customize your photo booth templates about color palettes, fonts, themes, etc. and ask to see visuals in order to match your event. We will create two mockups and include one round of revisions.
- When should I book?
- We book anywhere from 5 days to 18 months ahead, but the recommended time to ensure the booth you want is available is 3-6 months.
