Founded in 2019

"..everyone needs a Bradie!" The first time I read those words in a card from one of my clients, I teared up! Then, a few months later, a vendor said the same line. While working an event, by the end of the night, everyone was calling me "Mom" because I was there for whatever they needed and it made us all laugh. In looking back at these moments and the feedback from my past clients and colleagues, it makes me proud to think that "everyone needs a Bradie." Everyone needs that person who will support them, hype them up, keep them on track, and be your advocate. In life, that person is likely your partner. But who is that person for you both during this process? Who is your neutral soundboard, director, and supporter? Who is there to guide you through the process and keep your day going smoothly? ​Who is going to make sure you can relax and cherish each moment? You need a Bradie.

What event planning services do you offer?
We offer Month Of Coordination, Partial, and Full Planning Services!
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Day-Of management is included with all of our packages.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Depending on your package and event needs, staffing will be adjusted to include assistants or additional support. At a minimum, you will have the Lead Coordinator onsite.
How many years have you been in business?
I have been working in events and hospitality in the corporate world for over 10 years, and started Flores Events to work directly with couples in 2019.
How would previous clients describe your planning style?
I believe in transparency and integrity, and advocating for my clients! Whether that means working for you to communicate your vision to other vendors, guiding you through contracts, or working through the emotions that come with planning - I am here for you!

After over 10 years working in administrative and project management roles that overlapped with Hospitality, Bradie created Flores Events in 2020. Having spent over a decade working with schedules, logistics, customer service, travel, and executive assistant work, she knew it was time to apply this knowledge and take the leap into being a business owner and working towards her dream of event coordination. Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship from California State University, East Bay
