- What menu customization options do you offer?
- We specialize in customizing menus using the freshest ingredients, focusing on foods that are seasonally available and grown as close to home as possible. We will gladly accommodate alternative menu items for guests with gluten, dairy, nut or any other allergies.
- Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?
- Our award-winning culinary team is committed to creating incredible food from scratch. Our Chefs de Par-Tay have unique culinary training to cook our menus fresh at all of our events using our own equipment. They will ensure that the quality and presentation of every menu item is exceptional.
- Who will be on site the day of my event?
- Your day-of team will ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience. Our Party Pilots lead and direct the team and work with your Coordinator and Event Producer so all details are executed flawlessly. All Footers employees are trained in-house through our extensive hospitality program.
- Do you offer bar or liquor packages?
- Footers Catering offers a talented in-house team of Mix Masters, specialty cocktails, complete bar set-ups including glassware, mixer packages and ice as well as alcohol order coordination.
- What are my options for food display and service?
- We will carefully curate your design vision throughout the entire event. We feature elevated menu displays using accent decor, unique serving vessels and beautiful risers. We can also embellish any display with fresh greenery and blooms, specialty signage, lighting elements and custom-themed decor.

Diamond of Design | Senior Event CoordinatorSarah fell in love with Colorado during an internship in Crested Butte and always vowed to return. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Sarah joined the events team of a large-scale music festival, but when the opportunity to plan events in Denver arose, Sarah jumped at the chance to trade the beach for the mountains. Sarah loves working with clients to achieve their vision and keeps them having fun along the way!
