- Do you travel outside of Charleston?
- Absolutely. We travel worldwide for weddings. We’d love to hear more about your wedding destination before talking about travel plans. We’ll then customize a quote depending on location and shooting days. We’ll take care of our travel arrangements if not otherwise discussed.
- How do I confirm my wedding date?
- Once your wedding date is set and you’ve decided on your wedding experience, we’ll send a proposal for your review. As soon as the agreement is signed and we receive the non-refundable retainer, your wedding date is officially booked. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding day.
- Do we receive an online gallery?
- Yes! You’ll receive access to a password-protected online gallery with your engagement session as well as your wedding day photographs. It’s super easy to use even on your smartphone or tablet and shareable with friends and family.
- When can I see my photographs?
- We’ll deliver your full gallery within 12 weeks. In the meantime, you’ll get a sneak peek of your highlights on social media a few days after your wedding.
- Do you provide professional retouching and/or color correction?
- Yes! We carefully select every picture to achieve our signature look. Every photograph in your wedding gallery is carefully selected and goes through post production to achieve our signature look.
