- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- No, I will not pay vendors directly but I will handle payment coordination by setting up payment reminders and monthly timelines.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- I do not offer day of, but I offer month of coordination (also called event management) that begins 8 weeks before your event and is also included in full service and partial planning packages.
- What event planning services do you offer?
- I offer full service planning, partial planning & month of coordination also called event management.
- Do you offer an consultation?
- Yes, I have a consultation that is $50 (it will be applied to your final balance) for one hour of going over budget, estimated guest count, decor and theme designs and more. It can be booked via Rock Paper Coin. Email shlaya.espino_frozenintimeevents@yahoo.com to get started!
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes I will! I will find any vendor you don't already have booked as well as talk and meet with the ones you have booked. I will be available for in person meetings or via FaceTime(zoom).
