In addition to sourcing seasonally appropriate and distinctive blooms, we also incorporate an array of textural elements to create a one-of-a-kind ambiance that is sure to impress our discerning clientele. This service is specifically designed to meet the needs of event planners and the people who attend their events. A wedding planner who enjoys working with a vastly experienced production team to create a multidimensional, yet understated aesthetic that is rich in intimate details will find our floral & design services to be a good fit. We are accustomed to working with people who are extremely private, so discretion and grace under pressure are second nature to us. FLORALS, INTERIOR DESIGN, AND COORDINATION This service is for the meticulously organized bride who has an incredible aesthetic and only requires guidance in honing, resourcing, and executing her design vision, as well as production/coordination assistance on the wedding day, as described above. A limited number of Design + Month-of-Coordination packages are available, subject to availability, with the condition that Gathering designs and coordinates your wedding florals and event rentals. DESIGN AND STRUCTURAL PLANNING As a result, Gathering only accepts a limited number of full-service event planning clients per year, ensuring that each client receives an unmatched level of attention and service. Taking the time to understand your priorities and needs, we will develop a strategic plan for you as your confidante. Because we have an innate ability to navigate unexpected situations with grace and tact, you will receive direction and guidance throughout the entire process.
